Recalibrate Global Services Strategies for Value and Efficiency

C-level executives are looking for ways to navigate the impact of the current economic slowdown while striving to manage the usual operational challenges. More than ever, there is a need to focus on cost savings, increase value-adds and manage risks. With mounting pressures and unpredictable conditions, how will the forecast of an upward trend in 2009-2010 from the different research companies play out?
